Our turnaroun time varies with product type so please check item descriptions or contact if you are unsure

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, it is up to the customer to check this is correct prior to checkout

If tracking is chosen at checkout, a tracking number will be provided, if untracked services are chosen by the customer, no tracking can be provided.

Postal services are still experiencing delays sometimes, we ask that customers are patient in waiting for their order to arrive as the process cannot be sped up on our end and if you have not paid for tracking, your order can't be tracked
