Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled, but I am happy to change the address if it is incorrect.

The customer is responsible for checking that the delivery address is correct before placing the order, if it hasn't been dispatched yet I can try to accommodate address changes.

I am not responsible for sizing issues. I state sizes where necessary, it is for the customer to check these sizes prior to purchase. Everything is cut with templates or a cricut so minimal size variances can be found with products, but since they are handmade be aware that there may be slight size variances (nothing over 0.5 inches).

I do not accept returns for face masks due to hygiene reasons. I do not accept returns for custom items. Please contact me prior to returning a product so I can confirm whether it can be returned.

My processing time aim for non-clothing items is always 5 working days starting the following working day after ordering unless otherwise stated or contacted

The postal services across the world are taking longer than usual, this is expected to increase the closer we get to Christmas, I am not responsible for any delivery delays, this is out of my control and I do my best to get you your order as soon as possible by shipping it out as early as I can.
